Two best of friends of 10+ years who are sports nerds, comedy fanatics, medical professionals, and recently both became fathers! Now that we live across the border from one another (Christian in New York and Chris in Ontario), we’ll meet weekly to cross over a wide breadth of topics including fatherhood, managing stressful careers, sports knowledge, growing as men with families and more! On this week's episode, the dads touch base for some daughter updates -- a cool one from Chris, an embarrassing one from Christian. The guys talk about TV shows that their wives have roped them into watching, some they end up loving, some they loathe. Christian quizzes Chris in a "this or that" version of rapid fire of 'trash TV shows'. Chris brings up his excitement for Euro 2020 and the (hopefully) upcoming Olympic games, and the dads get into a discussion about the support for the olympic athletes that may not transition back into normal life. The dads close out the episode with an incredibly embarrassing story about a time they were grifted in Boston.

Chris has the week off, so on this episode Christian welcomes guest host (and next door neighbour) Jay to the show! For those of you who do not know, Jay is a celebrity in Western New York (just google crying Buffalo Bills fan!). Christian and Jay talk about what it's like to be neighbours as well as the overall evolution of the term "neighbour" and what that has meant throughout the pandemic. Jay brings his favourite dad jokes to the show, and the guys do a Rapid Fire segments about their respective countries. Christian and Jay launch themselves into "Neighbor vs. Neighbour" where they tell stories about their various sports bets and winning's they'd have to pay out to one another.

Happy Mother's Day! On this week's episode, the dads celebrate and tribute all things M.O.M. Chris and Christian talk about their moms and how they remember being a kid, as well as their transition into becoming grandmothers. The dads then shift to their wives, and the wonderful mothers that they have turned into and how they have adjusted to their second full time job of being mom! (and crushing it! If we can say so ourselves). Christian brings back 'From the Vault' and talks about a very cool sports mom story, and Chris introduces Rapid Fire 'Mother's Day Edition'. We love you Mom!

On this week's episode, the dads talk about music of years and decades past. Christian brings up taking photos of our kids and how/when that is appropriate in today's social media age. Rapid fire (summertime edition!) makes an appearance on the podcast this week, and an origin story about how Chris and Christian met a great group of pilots on a baseball trip to Boston. Chris' grandfather recently 94 (wow!) and so the dads talk about how their grandparents have impacted them and how it may (or may not) have influenced them as parents.
